JAWARA — Melissa González is a director, experience creator, professional DJ and performer whose career began at a very young age, exploring disciplines that bring together flow arts, movement, physical expression and object manipulation.
Her passion for the performing arts led her to train at different theatre schools, building a solid foundation in acting, stage presence and creativity. She began receiving professional bookings as a teenager, marking the beginning of a career that continues today.
Over time, she has incorporated fire, light and music into her stage language, creating shows that combine technique, aesthetics and emotional connection with the audience. As the founder of Awa Experience, she designs and directs multi-artist productions and immersive experiences.
Her artistic philosophy is grounded in authenticity, presence and excellence: every performance is an opportunity to transform the energy of the moment and leave a lasting memory with those who experience it.
